Beacon Hill Total Renovation Project with 1st Floor Addition
The existing top story was removed. We added 3 bedrooms, bathroom and family room and timber stairs in American oak limed wash with a balcony.
On the exterior we rendered old red bricks, clad the 1st floor addition , added windows to match down stairs and added pergola with pavers to the court yard. We built the new detached garage with an aluminium panel lift door and front fence in block work then rendered. The front entrance was paved in travertine.

Quirk St Dee Why – Renovation
This project comprises of a complete renovation to an existing dilapidated red brick house.
The internal planning has been rationalised, allowing for large open living spaces adjacent to the newly landscaped garden and pool.
The material selection and attention to detail ensured a a chic and contemporary coastal home.

Balgowlah Duplex Renovation
This duplex was built in the 1940s, it required a major renovations to both units. With open plan living which opens out two stacking doors onto tiled balcony. The new living space had spotted floorboards included a new kitchen with Caesar stone bench tops, glass splashbacks and a concealed laundry with a lock-up garage.
The Exterior had new render, we replaced roof tiles and gutters and added the front fence and automatic gates.

Beacon Hill Pool Renovation with Merbau Timber Decking and Pergola
As summer was approaching extra space and shade was needed. So we decided to remove the existing powder coated fence and replace that tired old concrete with travertine pavers. Built a merbau timber deck, privacy screen and pergola area with a stacking stone wall and a semi -framed glass.

Allambie Heights Renovation and Addition
Tired run down 2 bedroom timber cottage house with tiled roof and a single garage, needing more living space. Renovations internal and external. With the extra balcony space we added a bedroom, ensuite, open plan living room and a retreat room for the kids and also a new front carport attaching to the house. Replaced the timber windows with aluminium, merbau decking and timber stairs, laundry down stairs, colour bond roof, new cladding, and bathroom.
